Design Custom Homes is looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to support our construction and remodeling crews in DeForest and surrounding areas.

What you’ll help with:
- General labor and job site cleanup
- Material pickup and delivery
- Job site organization
- Exterior upkeep
- Day-to-day support for our construction crews

What we’re looking for:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable using basic hand tools
- Strong communication skills

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Pay: Based on experience
Company vehicle provided for material runs
