From demolition to a completely reimagined home. 🔨➡️🏡

This project started with a two-story addition to create space for a brand new kitchen with a bedroom above. From there we redesigned the entire upstairs to expand both the master bathroom and the hall bathroom.

Along the way we completed:
✔️ A brand new custom kitchen
✔️ A separate beverage center / wet bar
✔️ All new plumbing and electrical throughout the house
✔️ A new zoned HVAC system for the second floor
✔️ New flooring, trim, doors, and finishes throughout
✔️ Full interior renovation from top to bottom

What makes projects like this work so smoothly is that everything was handled in-house — the design, architectural plans, permits, and construction. One team guiding the project from the first idea all the way through the final details.

This basement remodel now features a modern bar with quartz countertops, a fireplace lounge, gym space, and a fully tiled bathroom.

One of the standout details is the accent wall with two hidden doors, seamlessly integrated to access the mechanical and electrical rooms while keeping the space clean and uncluttered.

We rebuilt this entire structure from the ground up:
• New framing & roof system
• Fully screened vaulted room

This is what it’s all about — clients loving their new space 🙌

From the wood-burning fireplace and custom stonework to the hot tub, outdoor grill kitchen, and glow of the deck lighting… this backyard transformation is straight-up next level.

This stunning transformation features a seamless first-floor addition that expands the living space and creates a bright new home office. Inside, we completed a full renovation of the kitchen, existing living areas, and all bathrooms, added white oak flooring throughout, and installed custom railings and a striking wall feature.

The exterior received a full makeover too — including a new front porch and walkway, Hardie board siding with full stucco remediation, and a covered deck with a cozy fireplace for year-round enjoyment.
