The proposed Edgewater Charter Amendment regarding annexation would permanently limit annexed properties from receiving density greater than what existed under prior county zoning classifications.

VBIA believes thoughtful growth requires flexibility, long-term planning, and the ability for future communities to respond to changing housing and infrastructure needs over time.

We encourage residents, business owners, and industry professionals to stay informed and participate in the conversation as these important decisions move forward.
