What started with a referral became a home unlike any other in Mosaic.

After seeing the experience his sister had building with ICI Homes, this buyer came to us with a few ideas that felt almost impossible. We accepted the challenge.

By reworking the floor plan, our in-house design team expanded the living room from 18 feet to nearly 30 feet without adding extra living square footage. A relocated pantry, 12-foot island, floating beams, statement windows, and a custom-designed pool created the open, impressive home he envisioned.

Of more than 700 homes in Mosaic, there is not another one like it.

That is the ICI Homes difference. We start with award-winning floor plans, then move walls, rethink spaces, and shape the home around the way you want to live.

And the best part? His sister still has no idea the home she passes every day belongs to her brother.

Sometimes, you know when you have found home.

While visiting Florida from Tennessee, these homeowners discovered Mosaic and quickly fell in love with the location, resort-style amenities, peaceful water views, and convenient access to shopping, dining, and healthcare.

ICI Homes helped personalize their home around the way they wanted to live, including expanding the garage to give them the space they needed. But after moving in, they found something even more meaningful: neighbors who welcomed them with food, conversation, and a true sense of belonging.

At Mosaic, a beautiful home is only the beginning. It is the people who make it feel like home.

"We weren't even planning to buy a home that day."

Sometimes the best decisions happen when you least expect them.

For Sherry and Paul, a casual drive through Mosaic turned into finding the perfect place to call home. From regular communication and construction updates to photos, follow-up calls, and a team that made them feel involved every step of the way, their homebuilding journey was about more than building a house. It was about building confidence and peace of mind.

Today, they love Mosaic's convenient location, quiet atmosphere, and sense of community. But what means the most is knowing they felt supported throughout the entire process, even while living out of state.

Thank you, Sherry and Paul, for sharing your story and trusting ICI Homes with your dream home.
