Pretty finishes are what everyone loves to see, but the prep stage matters too!

Before the glass, tile, and final details went in, this shower had important prep work happening — including the shower pan, seams, and drain area.

It may not be the glamorous part of a bathroom remodel, but it is part of creating a shower made for everyday use and built to last.

Same ocean view, completely different feel.🏖️

This condo kitchen was refreshed with a cleaner, more cohesive coastal look — new finishes, black hardware, and a layout that lets the ocean view feel like part of the space.
