Over the next several months, I’ll be developing a detailed, multi-video series focused on claims management. My goal is simply to provide information you can use, share, or integrate into your own processes.
There is a tremendous amount of good information available about supplementing insurance claims. However, in my experience, much of it misses a critical component: continuity of process.
Claims management is about far more than supplements. Successful claims management encompasses sales management, documentation, follow-through, checks and balances, audits, client engagement, and much more. The key is connecting all of these components into one cohesive process.
My goal is to do exactly that—to tie the entire process together and show you how EEJIS has quietly become a powerful force in claims management over the past 13 years.
