Coronavirus Service Reassurance from Jahn Electric

On behalf of everyone at Jahn Electric we share your concerns about the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and hope it is not bringing your family too much worry or hardship.

The health and safety of all customers and staff is our overwhelming priority, as you would expect.
REASSURANCE & SAFETY

As licensed trades, we are already used to having to focus on safety every day in our work, both for ourselves and our customers in their homes.

We have introduced further measures for our customers’ peace of mind, as well as to protect the health of our employees.

1. SOCIAL DISTANCING:

In normal circumstances we would warmly shake hands with customers, but you will understand if our technicians keep a respectful distance.

2. SANITIZER / GLOVES / SHOE COVERS:

You can be reassured that our technicians have been trained to sanitize before arriving, during and after leaving your home. Mask availability will depend on them being available to purchase.

3. CLEANING WORK AREAS:

All work areas will be cleaned, and you will be shown the work areas so you have the choice to re-sanitize them yourself. Many services take place outdoors in any case.

4. NO TECHNICIANS THAT HAVE TRAVELED:

None of our technicians have traveled internationally in the last 14 days. Like all workplaces, anyone unwell is told not to work.

5. YOU ARE IN CHARGE:

If you have any requirements that would make you feel more comfortable, we will adhere to them. It is your home and family, and we will act accordingly to reassure you.

As a community there have been many challenges we’ve faced together during the many years Jahn Electric Services has been in business. This is another one, but it is one we will rise to.
