Leadership Dayton, a 10-month community leadership development program run by the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, selects local business and community leaders each year to learn about the region and serve area non-profits. Safety isn't a box we check. It's the foundation every Rieck Services project is built on.

For our quarterly BCTS/Rieck Safety Training, our entire field staff came together at Scene 75 for one shared purpose: keeping every team member and every client safe on the job. The day was about more than protocols. It was a chance to connect, learn and reinforce the standards that guide our work every single day.

At Rieck Services, safety isn't just a priority. It's a core value, woven into how we operate and how we serve the people who count on us. Together, we're building a safer, stronger future.

A big thank you to everyone who showed up and made the day a success as well as thanks to Scene75 Entertainment Center for sharing your facilities for our meeting.

That's a wrap on summer.

Our third and final companywide picnic brought the whole team back to the office one last time for great food, good company and the friendly competition we look forward to all season.

Three picnics. One title still standing.

Matt Miller and Eric Baker did it again, sweeping all three summer picnics to lock in their spot as our undefeated co****le champions. That makes three consecutive wins and a championship they will proudly carry into next summer.

What made this series special wasn't the scoreboard. It was the people. Days like these remind us why coming together matters, and why the spirit our crew brings to every project shows up just as strongly off the clock.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this summer one to remember. Here's to the work, the wins and the team that makes it all worthwhile.

A new world record is making waves in Cincinnati!

At this year's 25th Annual Ohio River Paddlefest, an incredible 1,440 paddlers overcame challenging weather conditions to set a Guinness World Record for the Largest Paddle Craft Party, breaking the previous record of 1,105 participants.
