Last night brought some wild storms and wicked lightning through our area! The wind picked up fast, branches came crashing down, and trees fell along the way, we even lost power at our home, which isn't the norm! Big shout out to Shenandoah Valley Electric for getting it turned on within an hour of losing it!

This morning we woke up to some work that needed to be done on our own property and along our lane to help our neighbors, so first thing this morning, we hit it!

When you own a tree service, I guess there’s no calling someone else for storm cleanup. 😂 Thankfully, we had the crew, the equipment, and plenty of helping hands to get things cleaned up and make the lane passable again.

⛈️ Those storms were WILD last night!

On our way to take our youngest to flag football practice, we got caught right in the middle of it—fierce winds, hail, and rain coming down hard! As we made our way through Belmont, we got the text that the game had been canceled, but not before seeing some of the storm damage along the way.

We hope everyone made it through the storms safely and without too much damage. ❤️
