Safety starts with preparation. 👷‍♂️🦺
Members of our Special Projects team, foremen, and select journeymen recently completed OSHA 3115 EM 385 Fall Protection training, a 26-hour course designed to strengthen their knowledge of fall prevention, fall-arrest systems, equipment inspection, OSHA standards, and the latest EM 385 fall protection requirements.
The course was led by Brenda Hawkey with ABC Ohio Valley/Mid-America OSHA Education Center, who provided our team with hands-on training and practical knowledge they can take directly back to the field.
Investing in advanced training like this helps ensure our people are prepared to recognize hazards, plan appropriately, and protect themselves and those working alongside them.
Assess the hazard. Build the plan. Do the work safely. 🛠️
