Electricians really walk into houses and casually say things like:
“Yeah we lost a leg somewhere in the attic.”
And the customer instantly thinks:
“OH MY GOD SOMEONE DIED?”
No ma’am.
It just means one phase dropped out and Chad forgot to tighten a lug in 2007.
Then we hit them with:
“Probably a bad ni**le in the panel.”
At that point they’re already reconsidering every life choice that led them to owning a home.
Trade language is wild because plumbers sound disgusting, mechanics sound angry, and electricians sound like we’re either performing surgery or covering up a crime scene.

Busy week here at Boost Electric, LLC. Some weeks are nonstop, and this was definitely one of them. We finished up the Bellbrook City Schools sign, knocked out a full panel change, completed a service change that’s ready for inspection, and wrapped up a small kitchen remodel along side a quite a few surge protector installs!

We take pride in doing clean work and doing it right the first time. Grateful for everyone continuing to support Boost Electric and trust us with their homes, businesses, and projects. ⚡

Another clean commercial upgrade in progress.
Rerouted existing wiring to make room for a new dedicated circuit for updated dental equipment, along with installing Smurf tube for the low-voltage systems. Clean work matters — especially in medical offices where reliability and future accessibility are everything.

Last week’s small can light install for a local flip. Instead of the typical 6" cans, we went with 4" recessed lights for a tighter, cleaner look in the smaller space. Honestly, the smaller trims make a big difference. Sometimes the small details are what really upgrade a room.
