I typically don’t do this, but I wanted to warn our friends and family NOT to buy a Frigidaire fridge.

We have a 3 year old Frigidaire fridge and it will cost more to fix the freezer than to buy a new unit. We tried to get Frigidaire to help fix it, but after 2 weeks of calls and the run around, they won’t help us (other than to offer us a coupon to waste our money on another one 😳. Then they didn’t even send the coupon 🤦‍♂️. They obviously don’t care about their customers.

Please do your homework when purchasing appliances. Frigidaire only has a 1 year warranty. Whirlpool and Samsung have 5 year warranty’s on theirs.

We now have to buy another fridge. If anyone wants to recommend another brand or knows where we could get a good deal on a fridge, please let us know.
