🚧 Clean Out Replacement + Backwater Valve Installation 🚧

This home was having issues because the city sewer main is sitting too high, increasing the risk of backups.

Per city recommendation, we installed a backwater valve (check valve) along with new ABS clean outs to protect the property.

The old metal valve was rusted and getting stuck — no longer reliable.
Now everything is brand new, smooth, and built to last 💪

Commercial mop sink repair 🚿💧

We were called to a commercial building where the mop sink wasn’t draining properly. After running a cable, we pulled back dirt — a sign the drain line had failed.

We recommended removing the old mop sink and exposing the line for proper inspection. Once opened, we found a broken cast iron P-trap that had collapsed under the slab.

We inspected the rest of the line with a camera, replaced the damaged section of pipe, and installed a new mop sink.

Everything was tested and is now draining correctly. 👍

Davis Drain Line Upgrade 🚰🔧

We were called to a home in Davis where another company had replaced most of the drain line but left a section of old 2” cast-iron coming from the kitchen and laundry. That leftover section finally cracked and corroded.

We removed about 15 ft of cast iron and replaced it with new ABS piping to get everything flowing the right way again. ✔️

🚽 Leaking Toilet Replacement

This home had an older toilet that was leaking at the base. Once we pulled it up, we found the wax ring was completely worn out — water was escaping underneath and staining the tile.
