Lock N More Locksmith a leading locksmith is looking for a talented Outside Field Sales Rep to represent us in the South Florida area.
Objectives:
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales, forging strong relationships with clients and expanding our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the CEO & President, the job holder is in charge of reaching B2C and B2B sales objectives. For that, S/He develops and implements a sales strategy and adjusts tactics as needed.
The job holder maintains, animates and develops a network of clients, building loyalty and trust while hunting for new market shares.
S/He represents the Company and acts as its Ambassador in various situations: customer care, phone calls or emails, clients facing, fairs, trade shows…
S/He works closely with the Marketing team and has a deep knowledge of the products and is able to discuss easily with the Engineering team and give feedback.
The Sales Manager & Customer Representative’s responsibilities at Bask include the following but are not limited to:
B2C and B2B Sales Strategy and Tactics
§ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
§ Work closely with the accounting department on Budget and Forecast
§ Assess sales performance according to KPIs
§ Prepare and submit sales reports to the Management
§ Analyze the market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
§ Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
§ Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
§ Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
§ Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
§ Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
§ Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
§ Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
B2C and B2B Business Development
§ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
§ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
§ Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
§ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
§ Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
§ Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
§ Monitor competition
Clients Relationship
§ Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales
§ Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
§ Ultimately, ensure clients are happy and search for ways to grow sales
§ Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
§ Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
§ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Internal Feedback Loop
§ Supply Management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
§ Continuously improve service and products through trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Requirements:
Experience & Skills
§ Highly motivated, and driven with a proven track record of increasing sales and revenue
§ Autonomous, independent with initiative and good judgment
§ Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
§ Prioritizing, time management, organizational and planning skills
§ Leadership ability, problem-solving aptitude
§ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
§ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
§ Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

§ Market knowledge
§ Proficiency in English
§ Proficiency in Spanish
§ Proficient in MS Office
Preferred but not required:
§ Field sales experience is preferred
§ Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
§ Experience in customer support is a plus
