We currently have three positions available:
🔹 SHEET METAL FOREMAN
We’re looking for an experienced sheet metal foreman to lead commercial HVAC installation crews. The right candidate can read plans, lay out and coordinate ductwork installation, manage manpower and materials, maintain jobsite safety and quality, and keep production moving in line with the project schedule. Strong leadership, communication, and commercial field experience are essential.
🔹 LEAD MECHANIC
We need an experienced lead mechanic to install and coordinate commercial HVAC and mechanical systems in the field. This role requires the ability to read drawings, plan daily work, lead mechanics and apprentices, troubleshoot field issues, maintain quality installation standards, and communicate effectively with foremen, project managers, and general contractors.
🔹 PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a detail-oriented project manager to oversee commercial mechanical projects from turnover through closeout. Responsibilities include managing schedules, labor and material needs, project budgets, submittals, RFIs, change orders, client and general-contractor communication, and field-team support. The ideal candidate understands commercial HVAC, plumbing, and/or sheet metal construction and is focused on delivering profitable, well-organized projects.
