What was once an unfinished attic space above the garage is now a bright, comfortable addition for the entire family to enjoy. This transformation included insulation, finished walls and ceilings, new flooring, recessed lighting, climate control, and plenty of usable living space.

This project was truly A Step Above—both in craftsmanship and location! The unused attic was literally a step above the garage, and now it is a beautiful part of the home the family can enjoy for years to come.

Removed the original deck completely and redesigned the entire space from the ground up. The new deck features TimberTech PVC decking, black aluminum railings, and integrated LED lighting in the stair risers. We also added a finished under-deck ceiling system with ceiling fans and LED lighting to create a clean, usable outdoor living area below.

A deck is only as good as the structure supporting it. We recently took this Lake Norman exterior from a failing frame to a high-end outdoor retreat, focusing on long-term durability and cabinetry-grade finish work.

Foundation & Frame: We performed a complete tear-down of the exterior framing, removing all compromised wood and stabilizing the substrate to ensure a level, solid foundation for the new build.

On-Site Stair Engineering: Every stair stringer was hand-cut on-site from raw 2x12 lumber. This ensures a rock-solid, custom-fit staircase that matches the exact elevation and pitch of the home.
