It’s cute when your pet dresses up as a ghost… but when your contractor vanishes halfway through a remodel like one, not so much. 👻

This Halloween season, the real horror is having floors that can’t withstand the traffic in your home, carpets that are hard to maintain, or “affordable” quotes that end up costing you twice as much in the end.

At LuJoFloors, we take care of your floors, cabinets, and complete remodeling—with no last-minute surprises. Our LVP materials are 100% water-resistant and scratch-proof. ✨

“He's not crawling yet.” Exactly… that's all the time we have.” 😂

We all say, “I'll replace those floors later—there's still time”... until life suddenly changes your deadline overnight.

If you have an older home with worn-out floors, questionable carpeting, or cold tile, waiting until the last minute only adds stress to the arrival of a new family member (or guests).

Don’t wait until you’re racing against the clock.

We’ve officially started building the future of LuJo Floors! 🚧🏗️

We held the groundbreaking ceremony for our new building and showroom. More space, more material displays for your remodeling projects, and a team ready to keep transforming your spaces.

Thank you to the Central Florida community for growing with us. Stay tuned, we’ll be sharing every step of the construction process with you!

While we’re building the new space, our current showroom continues to welcome you with open doors at 📍117 Ridge Center Dr, Davenport, FL.

There’s a reason that initial estimate was so low 💸:

it didn’t include a single thing. If you end up having to buy the cabinets yourself, find someone to make the countertops, and hope everything fits together, you’ve gone from being the client to becoming the contractor on your own project.

At LuJo Floors, we build complete kitchens and bathrooms in Davenport 🔨, providing realistic estimates from day one. Materials, design, and installation, no hidden fees or surprises halfway through the project.

If you’re planning to renovate your kitchen, update your bathrooms, or replace all the floors in your home, you need a team that can handle the entire project.

You can buy the most beautiful tile in the store, and a bad installation will still ruin it. 👀

For this bathroom, the client already had their materials. They hired us for one thing: to install them perfectly.

Herringbone tile doesn't forgive mistakes. The floor has to be leveled almost to perfection before the first piece goes down, because light hitting the surface shows every uneven edge. That's the difference between "nice" and this.

Already picked your materials? We'll make sure they look the way you imagined.

When Windsor Island Resort needed new flooring for this playroom, the goal was simple: match the underwater walls and make it tough enough for kids.

We installed this commercial-grade carpet from the Kaleidoscope collection (Fluorescent Under the Sea). To handle the daily traffic and keep the area safe, we glued it directly to the concrete. This ensures the floor stays completely flat and doesn't shift under the climbing mats.

Great design shouldn't compromise on durability.
