NOW HIRING CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR

Presmont LLC is looking for a detail-oriented construction estimator to join our team! Build your future with a company that prides themselves on collaboration, hard work, and creating things that last!

Location: Remote (United States)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90k-$140k (+ bonuses)

Responsibilities:
Analyze architectural and engineering drawings, project specifications, and related documents.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for all phases of construction.
Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers nationwide.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to clarify scope and ensure estimate accuracy.
Identify potential risks and incorporate appropriate contingencies.
Maintain and update historical cost data and pricing databases.
Support bid preparation and proposal development for our clients.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction estimating.
Experience with convenience stores, restaurants, retail, and/or marina projects is highly preferred.
Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Red Team, Building Connected, or similar bid/estimating platforms).
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
