After 11 years in business, here’s what I’ve learned:
The most expensive remodeling project isn’t the highest bid. It’s hiring the wrong contractor first. I’ve met many of my clients after they’ve already had a bad experience. In some cases, we’ve repaired someone else’s work. In others, we’ve finished projects that were left incomplete. What makes me the proudest isn’t the kitchens, bathrooms, or awards. It’s when a client calls and says….
“We’re ready for the next project.”
Because that tells me we earned their trust.
And in this business, trust is everything.
