Weather related service update

Due to the impending severe weather and out of an abundance of caution for the safety of our team, we will be closed Friday through Sunday. Depending on storm conditions, road conditions, power outages, and the overall impact to our area, our closure may extend beyond Sunday.

We will continue to monitor conditions throughout the weekend and will resume operations as soon as it is safe for our team to do so.

Once we are able to return following the storm, some routine services may experience temporary delays, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as our team works to safely get everyone back to normal.

We will also be responding to storm-related situations that may require more immediate attention for safety reasons or to help prevent further damage to a customer’s property or pool equipment. This may include pools with pumps, filtration systems, or other essential equipment that are non-operational as a result of the storm.

Our goal will be to address these more urgent situations while continuing to move through our regular service routes as efficiently as possible.

Thank you for your continued business. We hope you and your family stay safe during the storm.

Best,

Jubilee Pool & Patio
