Every water treatment system we install is built with future service and testing in mind. Our custom manifolds are clearly labeled, easily accessible, and mounted on a clean PVC backboard with stainless hardware.

Two homeowners. Three test points. Results you can see.

Two neighboring homeowners recently reached out to Napoli & Co. with concerns about the quality of their municipal water.
After testing the water and reviewing the available options, one homeowner selected our Tier 2 treatment system — a sediment pre-filter followed by two large catalytic carbon tanks installed in series.

We don't believe in installing water-treatment equipment and simply assuming it's working. Before leaving, we tested the system at three separate points: Trust, but verify!

Incoming water: 3.31 ppm
After the first carbon tank: 0.12 ppm
Final treated water: 0.01 ppm 🤯

The first tank handled the majority of the treatment, while the second provided an additional polishing stage before the water was sent back into the home.

The second homeowner selected our Tier 1 system, allowing both installations to be completed together and saving both customers money.

Water treatment shouldn't be guesswork.

When I replace shutoff valves, I lightly grease the stem and moving parts before everything goes back together. It helps the valve operate smoothly and gives it a better chance of still working years from now when someone actually needs to shut the water off.

Tubular waste fittings are code compliant, but they’re often the thinnest and cheapest option available. At Napoli & Co., we prefer a cleaner, more durable setup: rigid Schedule 40 PVC, ABS, or DWV copper brought right up to 17-gauge brass commercial-duty tailpieces.

Hey everyone — I wanted to officially introduce my business page for Napoli & Co. Water and Heat.

My name is John Napoli. I’m a Licensed Master Plumber and Gas Technician in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and I’ve been licensed since 2007. I started in the trade back in 2003, working with high-end clients throughout the Boston area where precision and showroom-level workmanship were the standard. I later spent nearly a decade with one of the region’s largest HVAC companies, and I currently work for a leading government defense contractor where quality and attention to detail are critical every day.

I’m now offering my personalized services throughout Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. I specialize in hydronic heating, boiler systems, point-of-use RO drinking water, and professional pipe insulation. My focus is simple — clean work, efficient systems, and doing the job right the first time.
