When a sewer line backs up, the real fix starts with finding where the problem is and getting the line opened up properly.

This one was messy, but we got it flowing again. The line was opened under the home, cleared with the big cable machine, the shower drain was snaked, the toilet was reset, and the area was cleaned and sanitized before testing everything.

Mop sink replacement completed.

Cummins Plumbing removed the old concrete mop sink, cleaned out the debris, modified the PVC drain piping, and installed the new customer-supplied mop sink.

Set in mortar, sealed with silicone, tested, and cleaned up.

We cut out two shower/tub drains, installed the homeowner-provided adapters, replaced the drain under the home with new PVC, and put in the new handle.

Fresh Delta upgrade for this shower.

The old handle, tub spout, shower head, and cartridge came out, and the homeowner’s new Delta trim, spout, handle, and shower head went in.

A few repairs handled in one stop.

Cummins Plumbing cut access behind the shower valve, removed the old 3-handle valve, installed a new Moen 3-handle shower valve supplied by the client, and redid the hot and cold water lines going to it.

We also capped off a 5–10 ft section of 1/2-inch gas line in the basement and checked everything for leaks before wrapping up.
