Today we were on the banks of Joe's Pond Vermont for a perc test , the site tested great and will get a state design for a small camp/home !

It was great meeting the property owners and the pond foliage was 🔥🔥

Today we’re able to move machines onto another new house site in St johnsbury , this project is a ADU on an existing dwelling ( family housing) and will be a manufactured home!

Home will be delivered and sat by another company on this one but team work makes the dream work 🤙🏼

Roof is shingled , the crew has moved to the inside to add a few windows , hang doors and finish off the floor , looks like power next week and maybe the heating system , ooo and some much needed Site work now that the house is set 💪🏼
