This San Ramon kitchen addition created more room for cooking, entertaining, and everyday living.

Opening the kitchen to the dining room, adding a large window and French doors, and updating the finishes made the space feel brighter, more open, and more functional.

A before-and-after that gives this well-loved home room to grow.

Sometimes a home needs to do more than just look beautiful—it needs to support real life in meaningful ways.

For this Moraga family, that meant creating a comfortable, independent space for aging parents while keeping them close. The home sits on a sloped lot with the garage below, so accessibility was a key challenge.

The solution was both thoughtful and unique: a 400-square-foot second-story primary suite addition connected directly to the garage by a private residential elevator. This feature became the heart of the design, making daily movement between levels effortless and future-proofing the home for years to come.

With universal design features and careful attention to architectural continuity, the result is a seamless addition that truly enhances how the family lives together.

Designed for a good hand—and an even better bottle. 🍷

This Alamo wine and poker room was refreshed to create a warm, dedicated space for entertaining, while preserving the existing stone flooring and cabinetry that connected it to the rest of the home.

A large built-in wine rack, deep green refrigerators, new lighting, fresh paint, and a wallpaper accent bring new personality to the space without losing what already worked.

The result? An entertaining space that feels elevated, inviting, and right at home.

Tile is in, the vanity is installed, and this bathroom is starting to look a lot more like the space we envisioned. A few finishing touches to go before the final reveal!

This Orinda transformation expanded the home's footprint with a two-story addition, creating more room to live while embracing the wooded surroundings that make this property so special.

Out back, a new elevated deck extends the living space toward the pool and gives the homeowners even more opportunity to enjoy the view.

This Danville outdoor retreat is getting close and some of our favorite details are officially coming to life.

The Taj Mahal leathered quartzite countertops are in, complete with a waterfall edge, while exterior paint, staining, and stucco continue to bring the whole space together.
