📣 Alright y’all, here’s a pretty close rundown of how Saturday is going to go for the Nick Samuels Remembrance Benefit!

📍 The Homeplace Vineyard
568 Rigney Cir, Chatham, VA 24531

🕓 Gates open at 4:00 PM!

As you come in, there will be a table set up to check IDs, so PLEASE have your ID with you! Anyone 21 and older will receive a wristband.

🎟️ We’ll have a table set up where you can get your bidder card for the auctions, and another table where you can purchase beer tickets.

🪑 We encourage everyone to bring a lawn chair! We’ll have tables and chairs, but depending on the crowd, we may run out of seating.

🍽️ Food will start being served around 4:15 PM. Food is first come, first served! We had to take our best guess on how much food to prepare, so once it’s gone, it’s gone!

🎸 Matt Boswell will start picking on that guitar around 4:15 PM and keeping us entertained!

🔨 Silent Auction: Will run until around 7:30 PM.

🔥 Live Auction: Justin Brown will kick things off around 6:30–6:45 PM, and we’ll keep rolling until we’re DONE!

💵 IMPORTANT: We cannot accept cards. CASH OR CHECK ONLY! If possible, checks will make things much easier and faster, especially when checking out from the auctions.

🚫 This is NOT a BYOB event, and NO COOLERS will be allowed.

These times are give or take a little, but this should be a pretty close rundown of how the afternoon and evening will go.

We’ve put a TON of work into making this happen, and we’re looking forward to seeing everybody Saturday, August 29th for the Nick Samuels Remembrance Benefit!
