Started some backfilling around the foundation and lifting with fill on this new build!

We were able to make it simple for this customer by providing the equipment and operator at an hourly rate. That keeps things affordable and gives them the flexibility to tackle multiple projects around the site without having to commit to a big lump-sum job.

Beat the rain and got this one wrapped up! The customer provided the rock and fill dirt, and we took care of the grading, shaping, and cleanup around their new build. Thanks for trusting JBX to help put the finishing touches on the project!

First on the list was removing the old mini barn. Then we built a nice new pad for the replacement shed to sit on! We had some leftover stone after completing the pad, so we used it to freshen up the driveway as well.

We started with a regrade using the land plane. This breaks up the existing rock and levels everything out to accept a fresh top coat. Then Hackett's Hauling LLC brought in fresh #8 stone, which we spread and leveled.

This customer stayed within budget and was very satisfied with the finished product!
