❤️❤️❤️
I still like a town where the downtown feels like it has a rhythm of its own. A courthouse square, a few blocks of storefronts, and enough history in the buildings to make you slow down without meaning to.
This one has that central Pennsylvania look to it, with the Susquehanna Valley settled into the streets and the hills never too far away. You can almost picture the days when the trains mattered more, when the square was the place for every errand in town.
A place like this keeps its footing because it never forgot what it was for. That’s worth noticing.
