Beautiful deck tare off and rebuild with a roof! Trex decking and skirting with cedar ceiling. RDI hand rail. Such a nice more usable space!! Wonderful planter boxes built in to the front!

Changed some rotten windows out on three dorms and replaced some of the cedar shake siding. New paint to freshen all up!

Got this monster project finished up! What a transformation. Closed up two small closets that faced into the laundry room and moved a wall to create a 5’x9’ walk in pantry. Main kitchen moved the sink to the island and it’s flanked by two dishwashers. 14’ island. Coffee bar area left of fireplace with floating shelves. 36” range with custom range hood that goes to the vaulted ceiling. Lots of drawers with plate and pan deciders, roll out trash. Custom tile backsplash everywhere and of course under cabinet lighting. Removed two sliding doors and installed nice big sliding windows. Hardwood floors refinished. French door removed and made into cased opening. What a great new space!

Finished up another porch remodel. House built in the late 1800’s. Remove support post and remove everything down to brick foundation. Had to rework some of the original brick. Then level the new framing on old foundation. Build new post bottoms to match. Azek tongue and grove porch floor to match original. New stairs to match. New black RDI handrails. Bring on the next 100 years!

Finished up this nice little remodel/addition. Started with a 9’ wide by 16” deep cabinet bump out and expanded it to 12’ wide and full 24” deep cabinets. Lots of nice extras in this design. Wine fridge with custom matching cabinet door. Double fridge drawers with cabinet panels. Customer pull outs for storage. Charging drawer. Quartz countertops. 4 new casement windows with custom tile work around them. A great new dry bar area for entertaining.

Huge difference from before and after of this kitchen remodel. Wood range hood, spice roll out, trash roll out and a cabinet for the microwave. Awesome tile backsplash and a couple of floating shelves. Under cabinet lights also. Made more usable space in the laundry area also.
