Rick Seward, opened Kelsey's Pool Service in 2002 after more than a decade of working for one of the largest Pool Service companies in New England. Through the summer of 2001 he became increasing annoyed and disillusioned with a complete lack of Customer Service as the customers helped told stories of unanswered phone calls and voice mails to enormous delays in pool servicing due to overbooking ap
pointments. He vowed to do better hence, Kelsey's Pool Service puts an emphasis on offering the BEST customer service available. It has been 14 years since Kelsey's inaugural season and while the number of clients has grown exponentially, every call is returned and every scheduled servicing is kept.
