We really did not want to bring a dispute between neighboring businesses onto social media. We are a local business too, and we’d much rather see every business here succeed. Unfortunately, because this post publicly identifies HammerHead Roofing and makes several statements that are simply not true, we feel we need to respectfully correct the record.
Aerial 51 has never seen our lease. Our lease does not state that HammerHead is required to park its vehicles in the rear. We have the same right to reasonable use of the shared parking lot as the other tenants, have made multiple accommodations to keep the peace, and there has consistently been available parking.
More importantly, we wish this were simply about parking.
Our first direct interaction regarding this dispute was a message from an Aerial 51 instructor stating that she “couldn’t wait” for threats to key our company trucks to be carried out. When we expressed concern, we were later told, “If threats got you to HEAR the problem then im good with that.” The screenshots are attached.
Despite that, we continued trying to avoid conflict and simply operate our business.
Since then, our employees have faced repeated confrontations. The owner of Aerial 51 has personally initiated numerous aggressive confrontations with our employees, including entering our workplace and aggressively confronting an employee who was alone in the office. The situation eventually escalated to the point that we contacted law enforcement.
After repeated incidents and unsuccessful attempts to resolve this peacefully, HammerHead served Aerial 51 with a cease-and-desist notice on April 28, 2026, asking them to stop confronting our employees, entering our workplace, and interfering with our business.
Regarding the utility/storage area, items were removed after they were left obstructing an electrical panel and creating what we believed to be a safety concern. We did not intentionally damage their property, and that allegation is false.
We have never wanted a fight with our neighbors. We simply want to come to work, serve our customers, treat our neighbors respectfully, and be left alone to operate our business.
We have preserved the relevant messages, video, photographs and correspondence. This matter has now been escalated to the property owner, and any further issues will be handled through the appropriate channels rather than through arguments on Facebook.
We sincerely hope this is the last time we have to address this publicly. We wish Aerial 51, their employees and their customers nothing but the best and hope everyone can move forward peacefully.
