What we’re looking for:

✅ CDL Class B license
✅ Roll-off dumpster experience preferred (but we’re willing to train the right person!)
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Strong work ethic and attention to detail
✅ Willing to assist with other job site duties as needed
✅ Takes pride in their work and maintaining company equipment
✅ Reliable and dependable

We recently donated river rocks to Monocacy Elementary School for their Kindness Rock Garden project, and the students surprised us with this heartfelt thank-you note. Seeing our rocks transformed into messages of kindness made our day!
