Coahulla Creek Woodcrafters is located in Northwest Georgia at the southern end of the Appalachian Mountain Range, close the Coahulla Creek in the Dawnville Community of Whitfield County, Georgia. We have the privilege of experiencing the beauty and culture of Appalachian life. Pay us a visit and browse the biggest little shop you ever saw! We began in 1992 when we started out as a part-time cabin
et and small furniture shop. As the business grew, so did our desire to become more diverse and creative with our craft. Over the years the workshop morphed into more of a woodcraft and small furniture hobby shop, crafting small pieces and building custom items as ordered. Though we scaled back and changed production, we never lost our creative spirit or our passion for woodworking. As we worked at refining our trade our passion for wood crafting became stronger and stronger. Many items were crafted based on new ideas and creative inspiration. As family and friends began to request more and more of the products it became clear that this might be a path worth following, which brought us to this point. After a lot of prayer and meditation, and with God's help and guidance, we have made a long-time dream come true and opened a craft and gift shop. Our products range from many of our own original hand-crafted items to few pre-manufactured items. Our goal is to provide as many original items as possible and still have a large enough variety to meet the desires of our customers. Our operating schedule is listed below
Spring Schedule: Mid-March until Mid-June, Thursday and Friday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Fall and Holiday Schedule: Late September until Late December, Thursday and Friday from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturday 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
