Subfloor repair
Customer noticed her appliances was leaning and floor felt spongy. Lots of water damage, rot and floor joist was broken. We demoed all the rotted wood installed new floor joist new subfloor decking,Added some piers for support. We also did a mold treatment and she decided to go with new appliances and water heater as well from the extent the mold. Also fixed this ptrap that’s definitely not done by someone that know anything about plumbing. This was a job that another contractor done couple years ago that didn’t last long. lol.
