There’s nothing quite like stopping mid-build to look back at where Beverly started. Every wall, every framed-in room is a reminder of how far this project has come. We couldn’t be more excited for what’s next.

People ask what makes a BufordHawthorne home different. Usually we just show them these photos. Every craftsperson here has earned their place on our team, some of them over 30 years, and it shows in every detail you’ll never even notice, because it was done right the first time.

One we’re proud to look back on: behind the dignified columns and limestone-and-stucco exterior on Belclaire, we built in an unexpected twist on tradition. In the living room, wide arched entryways open onto generous, light-filled space, and the vaulted and coffered ceilings we carried throughout still create some of our favorite dramatic views.

A look back at a memory close to our hearts: our partnership with KDC and Omniplan to restore a historic home in East Dallas’s Peak’s Suburban Addition into the new headquarters for FREE Alcoholism Recovery — a nonprofit giving individuals a free path to sobriety and lasting recovery. We’re grateful to have been part of it.

At our Lennox project, inside and out are no longer separate. A light-filled walkway suspends the master suite over the splash pool, a central courtyard pulls the outdoors in, and every sightline feels intentional. For the sound-obsessed owner, a custom recording studio with retractable walls and soundproof glass turns creativity into architecture.

Tim Morgan has spent his career turning raw wood into rooms people never want to leave. As the owner of Tim Morgan Cabinets, he brings a master’s in construction management to every joint, finish, and fit which means the details that matter to a homeowner matter just as much to him. When he’s not in the shop, you’ll find him with his family and his dog. We’re happy to know him. Even happier to work with him.
