This foundation inspection was done in Mesquite TX yesterday. This older house has settled and requires 13 concrete piers to fix foundation. Foundation issue was caused by lack of gutters and many years of water discharging to close to foundation causing upheaval/settlement cycles which eventually caused settlements. Lack of gutter systems on the roof are one the biggest factors causing foundation problems on residential and commercial properties.
