Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with Make-A-Wish North Texas to help bring wishes to life through building porches, patios, or pergolas for families.

Most recently, our team was honored to complete construction of the organization’s new corporate office. One of our favorite features? Baeron’s Hollow—a cozy reading nook built into a tree, named after our team member, Baeron Houchin, who first dreamed up the idea. It’s now a special place for kiddos to enjoy when they visit the office.

🏆 We have a winner! 🏆

5600 Headquarters took home the CoreNet Global North Texas Chapter 2025 Black White & Blue Capital Improvements & Special Projects award!

Completed in partnership with GFF, Lincoln Property Company, and Rubenstein Partners, this project took a dated, single-tenant office campus and reinvigorated it with amenities, wellness initiatives, outdoor space, and a modernized building exterior. This capital improvement project embraced all of the unique features of remote, standalone office campus (security, privacy, outdoor access) and updated the building itself to attract the modern-day tenant.

In partnership with Perkins&Will, K2 sponsored the 2025 Rise Cup Golf Tournament benefiting The Ashford Rise School of Dallas - which provides early education services to children ages six months to six years with disabilities.

Every year the school is tasked with raising upwards of $1 million to help families bridge the tuition gap and The Touchdown Club's events like this one are a big contributor. Join us next year in attending or sponsoring the tournament - We'll see you next year!
