K2 is proud to have partnered with Associa on the transformation of its new Richardson campus. The 125,000 SF, six-floor build-out brings together employees from across the DFW Metroplex into a workplace designed to foster collaboration, connection, and an enhanced employee experience. Features include open workspaces, executive suites, training rooms, a podcast studio, golf simulator, and a full-service restaurant.
Designed by ENTOS Design, the project balances functionality and detail, from expanded common areas to refined architectural elements throughout. From concept through completion, our team's dedication helped bring this vision to life, creating a dynamic workplace that will support Associa’s people and culture for years to come.
