The Field Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. This role oversees day-to-day field operations for commercial landscaping projects, including coordinating crews, assigning tasks, and monitoring work quality and safety.

The supervisor manages production schedules, ensures jobs are completed on time and within scope, and communicates project updates to management and clients as needed. Responsibilities include reviewing work orders, organizing materials and equipment, resolving on-site issues, and providing hands-on support and guidance to team members.

The role also involves maintaining compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and client requirements while fostering a professional and respectful work environment.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance oversight.
Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Schedules to coordinate crews, tasks, and timelines effectively.

Candidates should possess Production Management skills to oversee field operations, allocate resources, and maintain quality standards.

Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to interact with team members, management, and clients.
Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related field, with knowledge of commercial property standards and safety practices.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and operate or oversee the use of landscaping equipment safely.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; prior supervisory experience in field operations is preferred.
