It is not very often that we are asked to totally transform a house using our imaginations and the homeowners be willing to pay for it. In January I got just a call and the ideas started. We removed all partition walls, smoothed out the stippled ceilings, added can lights, added a 22’long stain grade vault beam, added a 10’bi-fold exterior door, stain grade maple kitchen cabinets, new laundry room with dog wash, custom pantry, bricked walls & fireplace, new flooring throughout the house, new bathroom and so much more.
This took about three months to complete and the homeowners never asked once, how much longer as they lived out of a bedroom only.

What a transformation!!!! A turnkey design/build out by our team. We removed the large walk-in pantry which enlarged the kitchen by five feet. New Wolf commercial cooktop and steamer oven, as well as a commercial vent hood system was included.
You ask, where are the countertop outlets?…built into the under-cabinet lighting for a clutter-free look. We added 3” puck lighting to the glass-front display ceiling cabinets. Coffee bar, spice drawers and trashcan pullouts and so much more.
We added site-finished oak hardwood flooring and stairs to replace carpeted areas. We stripped all of the original “orange colored” handrails and existing wood flooring, then finished everything naturally with a water-based acrylic.
