ELITE recently traveled to China to meet with current and prospective investors supporting our multifamily development work, including Rock Creek Apartments, a 754-unit project in Gainesville, TX.

Courtyard grading is complete, paving the way for pool excavation and the start of the amenity spaces. Meanwhile, HVAC pads are in place as we continue pushing the first buildings toward completion.

While the first 5 buildings continue progressing at Rock Creek, our team is also laying the groundwork for the next phase of the community.
 
Recent work includes:

• courtyard grading in preparation for pool excavation, 
• ongoing carport installation, 
• utility infrastructure improvements, 
• HVAC pad installations, 
• sidewalk preparation throughout the site.

Exterior progress continues to move quickly at Rock Creek Apartments in Gainesville, TX.
 
Balcony railings are being installed, paint and trim are coming together, and the façades of the first five Phase 1 buildings are getting closer to their final look.

Inside, backsplashes are complete in several units, and appliances are starting to go in.

Over the last month, our crews have been making major strides across our BTR amenity center project in Fort Worth - from interior and exterior paint progress to completed wood cladding, light fixtures installation, and the basketball hoop now in place on the outdoor court.
