Some seasons remind us what home is all about. 🍂 The changing leaves, the cooler evenings, and the simple joy of gathering with the people who matter most.

At RJA Construction, we believe a home should be more than beautiful. It should be a place where life happens, traditions take root, and memories are made for years to come.

Let's build a place that feels like home. Let's Build Together.

Yesterday, our RJA team had the opportunity to step inside the world of Facets for a showroom tour and Lunch & Learn—and what a great way to spend the day! ✨

We love getting behind the scenes with our trade partners, learning about the latest products and innovations, and strengthening the relationships that help us create exceptional homes for our clients.

A big thank you to the Facets team for hosting us, sharing your expertise, and treating our team to a wonderful lunch. We’re grateful for partners who invest in our team and in the work we do together.

Good people. Great partnerships. Beautiful homes. Let’s Build Together.

It’s Kinda Chic Friday ✨

Apparently, choosing a light fixture is a personality test.

The chandelier has to make a statement. The sconces have to be just right. The pendants need the perfect scale. And yes—we absolutely notice the color temperature. 😉

Because lighting isn't just something you add at the end. It's part of the architecture, the mood and the way a home feels.

Having strong opinions about lighting? It’s kinda chic.

An Evening Celebrating Leadership in Dallas ✨

RJA Construction was honored to attend the 2026 D CEO Leadership Excellence Awards, celebrating exceptional leaders and professionals making an impact across Dallas and North Texas.

We were especially proud to celebrate Billy Rousseau, Owner & President of RJA Construction, who was recognized as a 2026 D CEO Leadership Excellence Awards Finalist.

Billy was joined by wife and Vice President, Chanda Rousseau, and Dalton Bowman, Business Development, for an evening surrounded by an impressive group of executives, entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and business professionals from industries across our city.

To have Billy and RJA recognized among such esteemed company is an incredible honor. We are grateful for the recognition and even more grateful for the clients, trade partners, design professionals, and RJA team members who have been part of our journey.

Congratulations to Billy and all of this year’s finalists and honorees. Here’s to continuing to lead with purpose, build meaningful relationships, and make a lasting impact in the communities we serve.

16 years.

Thousands of decisions.
Countless relationships.
A lot of hard work.
A few trophies. 🏆
And a whole lot of building.

Since 2010, RJA Construction has been building and renovating exceptional homes throughout Dallas and the DFW Metroplex—and we're just getting started.

We're grateful for every client who has trusted us, every trade partner who has built alongside us, and every member of the RJA team who makes it happen.

Rooted in what we've learned.
Joyful about where we're going.
Accomplished because of the people beside us.

16 years in. Let's Build Together.

The 9/11 Memorial in New York City is more than a place—it is a testament to the power of thoughtful design, remembrance, and the stories held within a space.

A home should be more than beautiful. It should feel like you.

Layered textures. Warm woods. Unexpected color. Spaces designed for gathering, unwinding, and actually living in.

Because the best homes aren’t just built to be admired—they’re built around the people who call them home.

Thoughtful details. Intentional spaces. Beautifully lived in.

Let’s Build Together.
