Precision. Motion. Structure.
A different way to build has arrived.

The construction industry is losing workers. Two workers enter where FIVE retire.

The future is automated.
The future is PRINT3D.

The machine doesn’t replace vision.
It multiplies it.

When's the last time you filled up your wall with water?
We demonstrated the seal of our wall systems to a visitor to our print site recently last month and the water is still there.

Not science fiction.
Just the next evolution of building.

The future isn’t approaching.
It’s under construction.

A new era of housing demands a new way of building — faster, smarter, and designed for the realities of tomorrow.

The future is PRINT3D.

Minimal friction.
Maximum possibility.

The math of traditional construction is officially broken.

For every 5 skilled tradesmen retiring today, only 2 are entering the workforce. We aren't just losing people; we’re losing decades of institutional knowledge. In North Texas, where the demand for new inventory is at a fever pitch, this isn't just a "labor shortage"—it’s a structural ceiling on your ability to scale.

Traditional methods are built on a foundation of human-heavy processes that no longer exist.

The U.S. needs 349,000 net new workers in 2026 just to maintain current demand- not to grow. Over half of these are required strictly to backfill retirees.

It started with a simple realization between two founders.

Craig brought the ground-level grit of decades in Texas real estate and an affinity toward 3D Concrete printing; Lance brought the precision of industrial metal manufacturing through All Metals Fabricating. Separately, they saw a system breaking. Together, they realized that "fixing" construction wasn't enough. We have to reinvent it.

The data is an alarm bell that can no longer be ignored: Home affordability has plummeted to just 18% of the market. For the other 82%, the "American Dream" hasn't just slowed down- it has frozen over. Traditional building methods are too slow, too wasteful, and too dependent on a disappearing workforce to ever bridge that gap.

Print3D Technologies is the thaw.

We merge heavy-metal fabrication with autonomous 3D concrete printing. We are doing what the industry said was impossible: lowering the cost of entry while raising the standard of living.

We will make the American Dream of home ownership real once again.

We had the opportunity to welcome the planning team from out to our facility for a live 3D concrete printing demo.

Real progress in housing is coming from cities, builders, and innovators joining together to explore new approaches to construction. We appreciate the time, engagement, and forward-thinking perspective from the McKinney team. It was such a great time getting to know everyone.

From our team to yours, we are looking forward to continued collaboration as we explore what’s possible in the future of housing together.

McKinney’s housing challenge isn’t unique. It’s a signal.
Demand is rising. Supply isn’t keeping up.

Affordability improves when we build faster, smarter, and at scale.
This is where the future of construction is headed.

At the inaugural McKinney Affordable Housing Summit, leaders discussed how and why they're tackling a growing housing crisis impacting the region's future, workforce and residents.

What if housing wasn’t limited by the way we’ve always built?

This photo a concept; a glimpse into what becomes possible when design, technology, and construction move in sync.

Not just ideas. The flexibility of modern construction automation bears a new way to think about how homes come to life.

Each line, each curve, each space is intentional, designed without the traditional constraints that have shaped housing for decades.

This is the beginning of a series exploring what’s next.

Because the future of housing isn’t one idea.
It’s a field of possibilities waiting to be built.

Opportunity lives in timing.
Housing demand keeps rising.

Cities that adopt faster building methods gain supply, resilience, and momentum.
The question isn’t if — it’s who moves first, especially for those holding land and waiting for the right moment.

If you’re ready to activate your land, let’s talk.
