Patient care at Frio Regional Hospital is continuing and expanding.

On site in Pearsall, the RO project team and our trade partners celebrated topping out with a delicious meal and giveaways.

The project pairs a new two-story, 30,000-square-foot medical office building with updates to key hospital spaces, including the emergency department. The team is phasing construction around the hospital’s daily operations and working closely with clinical staff as the project moves forward.

The school year is underway at Quest Collegiate Academy - Shenandoah, where students are enjoying 22 new classrooms in a two-story campus addition.

RO completed the 22,632-square-foot expansion along with finish upgrades to 12 existing classrooms. Designed by Heights Venture Architecture + Design, the building pairs a pre-engineered metal structure with a brick and stone facade and standing-seam metal roof.

The team completed construction before students returned for the school year, so the new classrooms were ready from day one. Thank you to Responsive Education Solutions, Heights Venture Architecture + Design and our trade partners for helping make that possible.

RO joined the City of Waco and Hunt Development Group and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking of Baron’s Branch.

The approximately 15-acre project includes critical civil and site infrastructure improvements, along with creekside walking trails, and community gathering spaces.

Before the Dallas Leadership Center could rise three stories, the team had to rethink what was happening below ground.

When groundwater made the original foundation approach unworkable, the project team coordinated with design partners to shift to a slurry pier system. At the same time, they navigated undocumented utilities and a tight East Dallas site while maintaining the 11-month schedule.

The 14,335-square-foot facility was completed on time, under budget and incident-free. That work earned the project a state AGC Texas Building Branch Outstanding Construction Award in the General Contractor, Building 3 category.

Matt Curry, project manager, and Juan Garza, superintendent, accepted the award on behalf of the full project team. Thank you to Dallas Leadership Foundation, Echelon Leadership LLC, OMNIPLAN and our trade partners for the teamwork behind this recognition.

At RO, we choose to be creators.

That mindset is central to how we develop our people.

We recently celebrated 103 employees from across the company who completed the Stagen Leadership Academy FLC: Leading Self as part of our third cohort. The 13-week course focuses on personal growth and practical leadership that employees can carry back to their teams.

So far this year, 270 employees have completed the program. This week, 98 more begin cohort four, continuing that investment across RO.

Our people are the future of RO. We invest in their growth and encourage them to go be creators in the work they do every day. That is how we build stronger teams and more predictable outcomes.
