To all those affected by the tornado the other night. There are literally hundreds of storm chasers pounding the areas affected. Most of these guys are not state licensed or fully insured. Their cards all say licensed and insured but if their phone has insurance and they have a valid drivers license they can say that. Make sure they are State Licensed and carry both General Liability as well as Workman’s Compensation and that both insurances are in their company name.
I was over on Graham Road yesterday tarping a roof and every other vehicle was a storm chaser.
Please be discerning in who you allow on your roof.
