Butler's pantry, screened in porch with Ipe T&G decking, 16' bifold accordion door, rustic beams in the family room and dining room coffered ceiling, 8" White Oak character grade flooring, White Oak kitchen and master bath cabinets, and tons of other upgrades. Tons of energy efficient items like high efficiency HVAC units, spray foam insulation, tankless water heater, Marvin windows, and whole house water filter. Master bathroom remodel must finished in Dunwoody. Euroglide frameless sliding glass shower enclosure, Mikado Volakas quartz for the vanity tops, shower curb and corner seat, tiled shower and floor, mirrors with integrated lights, linen tower and prefab cabinets. We reused the existing freestanding tub and tub filler. Homeowner loves it and that's what matters!

Master Bathroom remodel just completed in Suwanee. Freestanding tub, tile to the ceiling around tub and walk in shower, frameless glass enclosure, custom cabinets with Shadow Storm granite tops, and new light fixtures.

Basement finish in Marietta. Was able to salvage the bar countertop (basement flood with 6' of water!!) Custom bar and cabinets, stained drop in ceiling in parts, large walk in shower, and stained trim. Has a poker area, area for shooting pool, watching sports, full bathroom, office, and bonus room. Quintessential man's cave set up to entertain!

Basement finish in Acworth. Custom cabinets with metal ceiling for the bar, LVT flooring throughout, bathroom with frameless shower enclosure, and changed out existing water heater with a tankless and added one for the basement.
