We are so proud to celebrate a major achievement by one of our own!
Since 2012, Ringo Gause has been certified as a Certified Automatic Gate Operator Installer (CAGOI). In April 2025, he reached another incredible milestone by earning certification as an Automated Gate Systems Technician, Levels 1, 2, & 3.
By holding all four certifications, Ringo has now achieved the prestigious designation of Gate Master Technician from the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation (IDEA) — making him only the third technician in the entire United States to earn this honor!
To recognize this accomplishment, IDEA presented him with a customized Carhartt jacket embroidered with his name and the new Master Technician emblem.

Once again, DKTX wants to express its gratitude to Gutierrez Painting. In the past, we exclusively worked in a safe paint booth environment. However, we recently embarked on our second outdoor job under the guidance of a knowledgeable paint contractor who generously shared his trade secrets and collaborated with our DKTX team. A special thank you goes to Matthew Gutierrez and his dedicated employee, Chris.

As part of Gate Safety Awareness Week, I would like to share Alex's story and hope that everyone knows that a gate must be installed in accordance with ASTM F2200 and operators in accordance with UL325. A gate injury can be deadly.

Many of our employees, as well as ourselves, have been hit hard with wind, hail, fallen trees and water damage. We are currently setting up generators to power wet vacuums for our office. There will be little or no service today due to our situation but we will perceiver! FYI - our phone system is down too.

Finishing up a visitor elevator integration. Added the network box on top and the relay housing underneath. 16 - 4PDT relays on the short 3 cab tower. 24 - 4PDT relays on the tall 4 cab tower. ButterflyMX panels for visitors. Great job!

We just finished bringing 6 intercom systems, 3 Toll Tag entries and 100 entry points onto the SmartRent platform. Two more phases to go on this property, and looking forward to it!
