This section of garage was sloped towards the back of the garage & had developed a massive void underneath. The homeowner decided to fix it & to frame up an office space. We tore it out, brought in a lot of base & fill, compacted in layers, & poured back with a lip in front to avoid any water issues in the future from outside.
