Last week, Corgan partnered with Climate Group to host a conversation at our office in the Empire State Building with leaders across sustainability, energy, and design about the future of high-performance building retrofits.

Using Corgan’s recently renovated office on the 54th floor as a real-world example, the discussion explored strategies for improving energy performance, advancing electrification, making thoughtful material choices, and unlocking new value in existing buildings as we work toward a lower-carbon future.

Thank you to Climate Group, our panelists Lindsay Baker with Living Future and Dana Schneider with Empire State Realty Trust and everyone who joined us for the discussion. Corgan has relocated our Washington, D.C. office to 17xM, one of the city's premier workplaces in the heart of downtown.

Inspired by the region’s natural landscapes and the Brutalist character woven throughout the city’s architecture, our new office reflects the firm’s design philosophy and growing presence in Washington, D.C.
The new space is ideal for bringing our growing team together in a workplace designed to foster collaboration, creativity, and connection.

This move marks another step in Corgan’s continued growth in the Mid-Atlantic following the acquisition of FOX Architects earlier this year.
