EJES had an amazing time at the Regional Black Contractors Association's 16th Annual Golf Classic. Our Architect Taylor Walker accompanied by her grandfather and our Civil Engineer Alex Rak represented EJES well on the course!
The atmosphere was so pleasant as CEO Edwin Jones and President Tanita Baker road the course to assist our team while networking with other contractors of RBCA.
We are looking forward to attending the next great events hosted by RBCA.

South Western National Bank Renovation project designed by EJES Architecture and Engineering team won the 2018 City of Richardson Revitalization Award. This Award is given to two Architect firms for their achievement in Renovation and Rehabilitation design and construction. The existing 8,000 SF building was an old warehouse and used as a car show room in the past and office in recent years. EJES Architects kept the existing roof, framing and exterior tilt walls and converted the building into new state of the art Bank and office building facility. This headquarter of South Western National Bank is located at the South East corner of Arapaho and Highway 75 near Dallas uptown commercial area. City of Richardson gives this annual award to only to one firm. Mr. Gary Mirak, of EJES, V.P. of Architecture, NCARB, indicates that: “the project construction cost was reduced from $1 million to $750,000 by doing a Value Engineering during the design phases”. The project design started in 2016 and the construction ended in early 2018.
