Accent Landscape Management & Accent Waterscapes is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor with potential to evolve into a higher leadership position over time. We are entering our 24th year in business and growing at over 200% per year in both our Landscaping and Waterscapes divisions. We are offering a great long-term opportunity for the right candidate. The ideal candidate will possess a great working knowledge of Fiberglass Pool Installation, outdoor kitchens, Pergolas, Covered Patios, etc. The candidate will also possess a positive attitude and aptitude to learn new trades and skills, including, but not limited to Residential and Commercial Lawn Landscape installation. You will be responsible for overseeing all phases of our pool installation projects and the crew(s) that are in support of those projects. You will interface with both internal operating groups and external customers. Training and development of our field teams will be a regular responsibility and the quality of service will be a focus area. Candidates that are fluently bilingual (English/Spanish) are preferred, though not an absolute requirement. Must have a valid Texas Driver License with a clean driving record, be able to lift 50 lbs., like to work outdoors and be able to meet company performance standards.

Responsibilities and Duties
· Manages labor to meet budget expectations and oversees all equipment and materials needed to accomplish production & installation needs.
· Ensures all work is completed in adherence to safety guidelines. Conducts weekly safety training and inspections on job-sites.
· Supervise employees, oversees attendance records, enforces proper uniform usage and equipment use.
· Overall supervision of crew & field staff. Includes hiring recommendations, performance management, training, coaching, mentoring, and development of staff to reach full potential for each individual and the company.
· Is present on job sites daily, observing organization of work, identifying and resolving training issues, and taking necessary actions to ensure high quality of work.
· Respond to customer complaints ensuring proper handling to achieve excellent customer service.
· Maintain day-to-day knowledge of customer contracts/jobs in progress, including completion status.
· Monitors budgeted hours versus actual hours and takes appropriate steps to ensure proper tracking is in place and performance requirements are met.
· Communicate with customers as needed/as directed.
· Utilize electronic systems, applications, GPS, etc. daily to ensure timely completion of work schedules and manage crew productivity.
· Safe utilization of all company equipment including trucks, inventoried products, parts, supplies and all company assets.
· Responsible for quality assurance audits.
· Position reports to Director of Operations and is a member of the Accent Leadership and Safety Committees
· Work Location is 750 Long Road, Lucas TX 75002. (There may be times it will be needed to work out of another Accent office)

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
· Valid Texas Driver license & Clean Driving Record
· 5+ years of relevant fiberglass pool installation experience
· Bilingual Spanish/English
· Communicate effectively with clients & external/internal stakeholders
· Work effectively with office personnel and field team members
· Mechanical aptitude
· Experience in crew supervision
· Punctual, self-motivated, and able to complete tasks without immediate supervision.
· Position requires extended work hours and flexibility in scheduling including early morning, late evening, and/or weekend hours, as required
· Lead and successfully manage crews to ensure all accounts & projects are completed within guidelines, budgets, and work hours.
· Provide timely and effective assistance to clients for any potential and existing problems or issues.
· Direct and coordinate staff for management of contracted projects, ensuring proper staffing while maintaining profitability
· Ensure safety on every project by enforcing safety training as well as consistently monitor job sites for potential safety hazards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
