In student housing, we’ve moved far beyond a desk and a twin bed. Today, we are choreographing environments that support peak mental and physical performance.

At Faulkner Design Group, we’re seeing three major shifts in how students want to live, work, and play:

The Study Spectrum: It’s not just a library anymore. We’re designing a mix of high-energy collaborative hubs, tech-integrated solo pods, and "third spaces" that feel like a high-end coffee shop.

Boutique Fitness: Students want more than a treadmill. They want dedicated yoga studios, meditation zones, and recovery spaces that rival a luxury gym.
